Our fiduciary practice delivers practical solutions to fiduciaries.  This includes trustees, receivers, assignees, and other fiduciaries in investigating, pursuing, and defending claims—including claims involving other or former fiduciaries.  In connection, we have substantial experience investigating claims, formulating and prosecuting such claims, and preserving available insurance coverage.  Our attorneys understand the intricacies of fiduciary duties and related liability, and regularly develop strategies to preserve and maximize available directors and officers (D&O) insurance coverage.​
