Our litigation practice is built on rigorous advocacy of our clients’ goals.  Our attorneys have successfully guided clients in litigation taking place in state and federal trial courts all the way through the U.S. Supreme Court. We have successfully represented clients in complex commercial disputes across the country — prosecuting and defending matters involving, among others, breach of contract, business torts, fiduciary duties, fraudulent transfers, partner/investor disputes, bet the company litigation, and high-value commercial claims.

Restructuring, Bankruptcy & Insolvency

Our attorneys are nationally recognized bankruptcy, restructuring, and insolvency advisors.  

We represent debtors, creditors, committees, trustees, and other fiduciaries in bankruptcies, receiverships, and assignments for the benefit of creditors. Fiduciaries

Our fiduciary practice delivers practical solutions to business and other fiduciaries.  This includes trustees, receivers, assignees, and other fiduciaries  in investigating, pursuing, and defending claims – including against other or former fiduciaries.  In connection, our attorneys have substantial experience investigating claims, formulating and prosecuting such claims, and preserving available insurance coverage.  Our attorneys understand the intricacies of fiduciary duties and related liability, and regularly develop strategies to preserve and maximize available directors and officers (D&O) insurance coverage.
